We understand that the language of insurance can be confusing; this is why we take the time to discuss all aspects of the insurance process with our patients. While we do submit all visits and procedures to your insurance company(s), please understand that the costs associated with treatment are the patient's full responsibility, and payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy to all of our patients, we handle the paperwork involved in submitting your procedures to your insurance company(s) so that you may receive the maximum financial reimbursement to which you are entitled.
While we do our best to optimize your benefits whether your insurance is in our network or not, Frederick Periodontal Associates is currently listed as a participating provider for the following dental insurance carriers:
